Hi Folks
I wanted to make sure that you are all aware of my sister podcast, Anglo Saxon England podcast - some of you may not be. Essentially, many moons ago, when I was young, I started the History of England. It meant that I did my favourite period first, and I made a hash of it. So I went back to the beginning and started a new podcast, called the Anglo Saxon England Podcast. Here's the website, and it's on iTunes and so on.
I hope that is comprehensible! And that you give it a go.
Hi David
Sorry to hear about the job but if that means more podcasts then every cloud has a silver lining.
membership looks good, sign me up. Last time I posted you were justly proud of the animated maps. What happened with the Viking Map? how about video podcasts - re-enactments perhaps?
Best wishes
John

HI john - honestly, it's not a silver lining, it's a sliver cloud. Yes, you are right, map wise. I simply gave up didn't I? I hang my head with shame. Actually it's a time and investment thing - it is true to say that writing the Members Podcasts looks much for time consuming, because you are not necessarily building on something you wrote before, and you are when you are going chronologically.
Video, great idea, I definitely plan to do - just got to do a bit of training first though to understand how....
Thanks for the suggestions!
